Automatic fire curtains

- Flame resistance E60 (the curtain prevents fire and smoke from spreading for 60 minutes)1

An automatic fire curtain is covered with micronised aluminium polymer made of fibreglass fabric reinforced with stainless steel wire. Curtain mechanism is equipped with a 24V motor control unit and a backup accumulator, which close the respective aperture in case of a fire alarm along with a blackout. Lateral sections with a fabric cover are made of steel coated with zinc or powder paint.

1E60 fabric has been tested at 966°C in accordance with the UK BS 476 standard. This must be reconciled with the fire safety officer of the facility. Weight of the fabric after installation is 450g/m2, thickness 0.40 mm.

2E240 fabric has been tested at 1157°C in accordance with the Latvian regulations concerning the fire resistance of fire safety gates. Weight of the fabric after installation is 640g/m2, thickness 0.54 mm.

2EI150 fabric has been tested at 1084°C in accordance with the Latvian regulations concerning the fire resistance of fire safety gates. Weight of the fabric after installation is 1750g/m2, thickness 1.90 mm.

 

All materials are produced in accordance with the standards applicable to the respective class, which is confirmed by the CE mark.
